However, Andrew posted on Instagram (on 9th March 2021) about no longer being associated with the show. Here’s everything we know about the show and what has happened.

Andrew Callaghan’s post on Instagram
On 9th March 2021, Andrew posted on his personal Instagram a photo and a caption that shocked the fans –
I am no longer associated with All Gas No Brakes.
I no longer receive any of the Patreon crowdfunding, YouTube monetization or any other show income.
Nic and Evan, who lived in the RV and created the original show material, are also no longer involved.
We have no control over the accounts or future of the show.
When was 20, I wrote a book called ‘All Gas No Brakes’ about hitchhiking around America as a teenager. At 21, I pitched the idea of a video-based road show to a production company, who loaned me an RV to make videos and explore America with my best friends.
I was ecstatic, who I signed an employment contract without reading it.
Thank you for supporting me these past years. It’s been the time of my life. I can’t wait to show you guys what I’m doing next.
This is not the end ..
It’s only the beginning to a bright, independent future for the team.
I love y’all.
What happened to All Gas No Brakes?
The hosts have not revealed the details of the contract but it seems that the hosts of the show did not own the channel. They had signed a contract with the network called “Doing Things Media“.
Without fully reading the contract where it states that the ownership lies with the network company, Andrew had signed the contract and with it, he gave away the rights to his own show.
What led to this sudden realization is unclear but the hosts have all cut ties with the company and now only the network owns the show without Andrew and crew.
Since this post, a lot of people have commented that they are unsubscribing to the channel as all the proceeds go to the company and not the hosts who have worked so hard.
So who will join this show and continue the journey? Will you be following them to find out?
