After the increased popularity of the trend, it came to the attention of Disneyland’s officials. They took immediate action, to strictly prohibit this dangerous behavior. Even new warning posters have been installed in and around the ride.
In light of this trend, “Pull on the yellow strap” has gained popularity among Disney fans, adding a positive look to ride safety. This means each rider must demonstrate to a cast member that their seatbelt is correctly fastened by pulling on a yellow tab before the ride starts.
Any guests who fail to follow this safety guideline are immediately asked to vacate the ride premises.
Disney is doing their absolute best to prevent this from happening, from removing videos from TikTok to taking strict actions if anyone is caught filming.
Even so, more people will be drawn to ride the Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout ride due to the expected release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. So, in a few months, the most recent TikTok trend may gain even more popularity.
