Easy steps

First of all make sure to update your TikTok app. Because, they roll out some of these features in batches so if you update and you don’t see it stay put, stay tuned.

First step: Open the application TikTok, and record a whole new video. While recording the video you have to talk of course.

Second step: Once you have finished recording your new video, you will press the checkmark. Then in the right corner, you will click on the arrow to get more options. You will see the Captions option here. You will click on this option.

Third step: Once you select this option, a window will pop up where your subtitle will be loaded and upgraded. You will have to wait for the subtitle scan to finish.

You can also click on edit when it is uploaded, and you can make changes. If there are any mistakes you can correct them. When you are done, you are gonna hit SAVE, and Voilà you have subtitles on your new TikTok video.
