It’s been a roller-coaster journey since the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard trial began! During the media storm, a TikTok user, Seeking Infinite, made a video claiming to be a jury member on the case. So, who is Seeking Infinite on TikTok, and was he actually on the jury?
A guy claiming to be a juror in Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s multi-million dollar defamation trial has turned to TikTok to give his thoughts on the trial.
He wishes to remain anonymous while he is giving information about this trial. This juror delivers detailed facts that allegedly convinced the jury in a series of videos, and answered questions from followers.
“So today was my last day of being a juror on the Amber Heard Johnny Depp trial,” he noted
“I wish to remain anonymous but I thought I’d give some insight on my thoughts about the trial.
“I don’t follow pop culture too much so I haven’t really been a fan of Johnny Depp or Amber Heard.
“So I feel I was able to be pretty unbiased about the whole thing.”
He went on to claim that he was “very uncomfortable” with Heard’s constant eye contact with the jury as she answered questions on the stand.
“But from the very beginning when Amber Heard was testifying, everything just seemed so off with how she kept making eye contact with me and it made me extremely uncomfortable,” said @seekinginfinite on TikTok.
“To where I would no longer look over at her when she was giving her answers.
“I would just listen intently. And everything she was saying would just come off like bulls***.
“And I wasn’t following anything on TikTok during the whole trial, and I was scrolling through after the trial, and it blows my mind how every single person seems to be commenting on how weird it was.”
“So, good news for Johnny Depp. That was my gut feeling after all the information in the trial.
“But Amber Heard… what a crazy woman.”
Amber Heard is ”gaslighting” Johnny Depp said TikTok user Seeking Infinite
In a later video, the ‘juror’ accused Heard of “gaslighting” Depp and reacted to Heard’s lawyer’s statements that jurors had been affected by social media throughout the trial.
In a third video, he explained why the jury decided to give Heard $2 million in damages.
“What would you say was the moment you were like NOPE?” one TikTok user questioned the alleged juror. If she lies about something, she must lie about everything.”
“I would suggest the donation/pledge to charity,” he said.
Heard said in court that she gave her $7 million divorce settlement from Depp to two separate organizations.
However, the actress testified under testimony that this was not the case. She was claiming that she used the phrases “pledge” and “donation” simultaneously.
The identities of the jurors have been sealed for a year following the trial. Although some members may come forward and identify themselves if they so want.
