Grab some eggs TikTok challenge, like really what is it? Teachers, parents, and other concerned social media users got this question rolling around their heads.
As you’d know, there’s a growing concern over school challenges becoming a trend on TikTok. They weren’t simple and just for fun anymore. These challenges were leading to crimes and unexpected deaths.
On October 6, a gun shooting happened at YES Prep Southwest Secondary School in Houston. A student uploaded the video on TikTok, and it went viral.
There are dangerous school challenges planned for every month of the academic year, and the ‘Grab Some Eggs’ challenge is one of them.
No one knows what it is as it is yet to air in April. So at the moment, the participants are creating videos of themselves doing the challenge. But here are some speculations about it:
1. Grab private parts of boys is the Grab Some Eggs TikTok Challenge
Some social media users have noted that this trend could also mean “Grab the private parts of boys.” Because why not? The word “eggs” is sometimes used to symbolize a boy’s private parts.
2. Stealing anything from another person
For the past few days, teachers have been complaining about their things go missing. Could stealing mean grabbing some eggs?
Jessica Thompson: “In the last week, I have had a doorstop, a gallon of hand sanitizer, a set of dry erase markers, and my pen go missing. I’m sure it’s part of this damn TikTok challenge, but it’s so defeating. This is the 3rd school year that has been in the pandemic”.
3. Simply stealing eggs from the school cafeteria
Other social media users remain to think of the challenge as it is and wouldn’t want to think any further. After all, where are eggs located at school?
Below are the other challenges school TikTokers participate each month:
September: Vandalize school bathrooms
October: Smack a staff member
November: Kiss your friend’s girlfriend at school
December: Deck the halls and show your balls
January: Jab a breast
February: Mess up school signs
March: Make a mess in the courtyard or cafeteria
April: “Grab some eggz”
May: Ditch day
June: Flip off in the front office
July: Spray a neighbor’s fence
Renee: I have teacher friends and kids in school. I worry about this list of new @tiktok_us challenges. But I legit can’t find a reliable source for this list. I worry schools and online are blowing this up is what will make them popular. My kids had no idea what I was talking about.
