Instashred filter: Real or fake?

Chris Hemsworth’s friend and co-star, Chris Pratt commented: “Hey bud. Chris replied, “Don’t worry mate we can just both use the same fancy filter that’s been applied here. It’s called instashred.”

Of course, Chris Hemsworth is only joking because his huge physique is a result of intense training for his new movie, Thor: Love and Thunder, in which he plays the titular character.

It is also impossible to apply an Instagram filter to actors throughout an entire film, but it seems he had many fans fooled!

How to look Instashredded:

1. Contact Chris Hemsworth’s personal trainer and ask to be put on his pre-Thor fitness plan.
