Famous for his ‘bones or no bones’ videos, the pug died on Friday. The owner @jongraz shared a tearful video on TikTok, where he told the viewers how the pug died in his arms. He thanked people for giving the dog so much love throughout the years. Noodle was around 14.5 years old, which the owner said is the maximum one can hope for a dog to live.
Noodle was adopted by the owner when he was 7 years old. The duo became famous in 2021 when the owner started posting his videos on TikTok every morning. Their videos gave rise to the cutest trend on the internet- bones or no bones.
What was Noodle the pug’s trend on TikTok?
Every morning the owner posted a video, where the dog attempted to stand upright on his own. If Noodle managed to stand that would mean it was a bones day. A bones day was an indication for everyone to get out of their beds with utmost motivation and zest and make the most out of their day.
However, on days when Noodle did not stand up on its own, that would mean that it is a no bones day, where it is not necessary to be motivated. Thus, it was a day when individuals can allow themselves to take a break and work on their mental well-being.
The owner said that when he was posting these videos he had no idea that so many people would open their TikTok apps every morning to see these videos to assess how their day was about to go.
The passing away of Noodle is a sad day for millions of people all over the world.
