People are trying out a new quiz called Winnie the pooh test on TikTok that is telling them about their mental tendencies.
The pooh pathology test is a quiz that “provides information on personality styles for educational purposes”. This test can be found on a scientific research website called IDRlabs.com. This test has been created by Dr. Sarah E. Shea (M.D.) and Kevin Gordon (M.D.)
Both of them studied characters in Winnie the Pooh and picked out tendencies that can be matched to different psychiatric diagnoses. You will be asked a series of 33 questions. Upon answering all of them, you will see a pie chart that will have options like anxiety and depression with percentages that will quantitatively tell you how much you possess a certain trait.
The website also has other types of tests like the DSM test, Psychopathy test, Dark Triad test, and Dark core test. The researchers involved in making the Winnie the pooh test have substantial experience in psychometrics, typology, and personality testing.

The website reads “ As the publishers of this free online Winnie the Pooh personality test that allows you to discover your personality type as linked to one of seven characters from Winnie the Pooh, we have endeavored to make the test as reliable, valid, accurate, and complete as possible.”
They also mention that the results of this test should not be taken seriously and the results will just be “merely indicators” of your personality. Some of the questions that you will be asked will be statements like “I seem to have so much energy that I can sometimes be exhausting or annoying to others” and “When I feel overwhelmed by my senses, I have to isolate myself to shut them down”.
